For the past 2 months I have been busy mixbooking. I love this site. It's free to start, and you do not need to download anything. It is very easy to use and there are 1000's of backrounds, stickers, paper , premade books ect.! The possiblities are endless as you can resize, move, change clolour, hue, contrast and more.
This Florida book was the first one I had done. I kept it simple as far as embellishments because I had alot of pictures for each page and wanted to keep it clean looking...
The actual colour of the pages did not come up well on my camera but they are bright and clear in print

Everything about the binding and paper quality is exceptional!
Another positive review, oh and the price umm...oh yes it was $42.00 This includes $12 shipping and taxes. This book was 30 pages long, and I did wait for a 30% off coupon code, these come out frequently.
A concern with shipping from the states is that you will have to pay duty. I did not have to pay anything when it came to my door, I hope this is the norm! Also, it took about two weeks.
So! i am looking forward to trying Christmas cards (they have beautiful ideas) and maybe more photo books... about our kids next time:)

ReplyDeleteYour book looks great! Aren't photobooks the best new thing? I am obsessed with doing them! I do mine on shutterfly which looks like it has similar options. I love it! I never have had to pay duty on mine either so I do think its normal. Enjoy!
