On Saturday Ben had the unfortunate experience of coming to the house to find the Basement completely flooded! Besides the part of the house under construction the house WAS tidy and untouched, but now it looks like this as we have had to move a lot of stuff up stairs.
There was about an inch of water covering the entire basement floor. It ruined our laminate and carpeting...so everything has been ripped out. :(
So! We have a little more work to do than we origianlly planned for, but what are we to do?
I think we are going to have a busy spring!
SO NOT FUN!!!! my parents have gone through this several times. I hope you never have to go through this again.
