I came across this tutorial for a "napkin flower" it is basically an accordion fold,curve the edges and peel apart the layers.( My mom said they used to make similar ones out of colored Kleenex's and put them on wedding vehicles) I used 6 2ply dollar store napkins(all i had) and a gray one for the center. They are fastened with a twist tie and taped to the wall:) Fun and easy project for girls with gentle fingers!
The ones from the tutorial are very striking, she used larger better quality napkins from ikea, but alas there is no ikea near here! Here is the link if you'd like to see more Wall flower tutorial
